Job Description:
Responsible to oversee and manage training and operations for the Unit on a daily basis. Coordinates and assists with scheduling for use of training sites and facilities for the Unit. Conduct administrative and logistical operations for the Unit on a daily basis including the proficient operation of the Automated Fund Control Orders System (AFCOS), Defense Travel System (DTS), Army Training Requirements and Resources System (ATRRS), Wisconsin Interactive Personnel Action System (WiPAS), and Director’s Personnel Readiness Overview (DPRO). Supports the Unit Commander and 1SG in all matters concerning personnel, equipment, supply and training readiness issues and Recruiting and Retention goals. Support the Higher Headquarters with necessary readiness indicator data to accurately and timely complete monthly, quarterly, semi-annual and annual reports. Perform additional duties as assigned or directed by MDAY and FTUS supervisory chains. Normal duty day requires occasional evening meetings with Unit and higher headquarters leadership.

Job Description:
NCOIC of the S3 section, the Tactical Operations Center and the full-time unit support personnel; responsible for organization and supervision of all enlisted personnel in the TOC; planning, preparation and training of all battle staff NCOs; developing, posting, and updating digital and manual common operating picture products; overall responsible for battalion school management, individual training and evaluation program, ammunition management, tactical and TOC SOPs, FTUS management and mentoring, Digital Training Management System, new equipment training; assists the S3 with the battalion budget, land management, force protection, and the development and distribution of plans, orders, and letters of instruction.

The 1-121st FA is under a mobilization order and deploys in approximately 50 days from this announcement. Those will even slight reservations about their desire or ability to deploy are asked to refrain from responding.

Job Description:
The full-time Readiness & Operations/Training NCO will manage dynamic and complex technical environments that train cyber personnel in support of the Army cyber mission. Qualified candidate will be able to establish and maintain a multifaceted technical environment, proficiently teach complex technical concepts, successfully manage dynamic budgets, and track personnel training requirements and metrics to ensure overall operational readiness. The unit's full-time NCO will also develop and maintain private-public relationships within the cyber community while working closely with State and National cyber mission force partners in support of the cyber mission set.

- Receive Cyber 17C proponent approved within 6 months of hire (selection to this position is contingent upon completion of Cyber application within 30 days) - Must have the ability to obtain and maintain TS/SCI with Cl Poly. Submission must be within 6 months of hire - Become DMOSQ 17C within 36 months of hire; CPT pipeline training within 24 months of hire - This position includes a significant TDY schedule within the first 24 months of hire to achieve numerous technical certifications*** - Technical certifications should be attached to AGR application. - The interview process will involve a Cyber Questionnaire during the day of the interview.

Job Description:
This position is located in a Battalion headquarters of the ARNG. Serves as the principal staff officer and primary advisor to the Commander for providing leadership, oversight, information, analysis, guidance and recommendations on readiness and day-to-day matters of the command. Develops plans and procedures for personnel management, supply management, administration, and public relations in the command. Provides staff planning and assistance to ensure that required personnel, administration, logistics, strength, public relations, and readiness objectives are achieved and requirements are accomplished. Activities at this level are concerned with the mobilization readiness of military personnel in a wide variety of occupations including clerical, trades and labor, administrative, technical, and/or professional skills. Supervises the organization through company level subordinate supervisors. Represents the commander in oversight and conduct of all functions of the organization and is responsible to ensure the Commander's policies are implemented. Supervises and coordinates the activities of the full time staff of the headquarters and subordinate units. Provides instructions and guidance to staff sections and subordinate units in the conduct of daily activities. Visits subordinate units on a regular basis to provide guidance and assistance to ensure command programs have been implemented and to evaluate their effectiveness. Performs other duties as assigned.
