Requests for band participation in public events should be made by completing and submitting a DD Form 2536 (Request for Armed Forces Participation in Public Events) to the:

To ensure band availability and sufficient time to accommodate requests, requests should be submitted 12-18 months prior to the event. If an event can be supported, requesters will be provided with a booking form which will identify logistics requirements and more specific information needed by the band to plan its participation in the event.
