Active Guard & Reserve (AGR)
AGR employees are covered under TRICARE, the Department of Defense military healthcare system. AGR pay rates
are the same as the active duty military & are listed by military rank.

Federal Civil Service/Technician
Federal Technicians may choose to be covered under the Federal Employees Health Benefits (FEHB) program. The
federal pay systems that are applicable to our Federal Civil Service/Technician job advertisements are the General
Schedule (GS) and the Federal Wage System (FWS), where the Wage Grade(WG) pay schedules are located.

(Self-Service HR) portal account to view or print the personnel action as
needed. First time users of My Biz / My Workplace will need to register
their Common Access Card (CAC) to access the Self Service HR My Biz / My
Workplace portal. CAC registration instructions are located at
