Job Description:

Supervises area NCOIC’s monitors and evaluates area NCOIC’s in training programs. Assists in development, implementation and coordination of WIARNG’s Strength Management Programs. Assists and advises the RRM concerning training and personnel status within the command. Assists in the identification and investigation of recruiter irregularities. Serves as the source expert on Recruiting and Retention matters for Teams 6-10.
