| Job Description: Interviews and pre-qualifies prospects for membership with the Wisconsin
Army National Guard. Daily use of a laptop computer is required for mission accomplishment. Directly
supports Wisconsin Army National Guard units and attends required drills. Additional responsibilities include
required RSP performance in a position commensurate with rank that includes but is not limited to supervising
RSP AGR and FTNGD personnel to ensure effective RSP operations aimed at increasing RSP drill
attendance, RSP retention rate, and RSP ship rate. Must effectively be able to interface with all JFHQ
directorates, IADT manager, MEPS, and unit Retention NCOs. Additional duties as assigned.
