Classifies local exception, and standard benchmark position descriptions
Performs desk audits and makes classification determinations
Advises management on classification impact of changing or creating duty stations
Inputs manpower and classification actions into automated personnel system
Assists in the review of manpower requriements
Provides training on position management responsibilities
