Job Description:
Senior Supply Sergeant within a High-Mobility Artillery Rocket System (HIMARS) battalion; supervises and mentors four battery/company Supply SGTs; responsible for administrative and supply duties as the Battalion Supply NCO; oversees the receipt of supplies and equipment for units within the battalion; receives and inspects documents from units and oversees the inspection programs of those units; monitors the battalion's equipment readiness status and coordinates all logistical support to the battalion; assists the Property Book Officer with equipment accountability and ensures sub-hand receipts are inventoried periodically. Completes the equipment readiness and equipment available portions of the quarterly Unit Status Report for the commander.

Job Description:
Assists the HHC Readiness NCO in the management of projecting, forecasting, requisitioning and completing required actions in the Total Ammunition Management Information System (TAMIS) and possesses knowledge of the: purposes, methods, and techniques of program analysis, and the structure, functions, and missions of a plans, operations, and training section. Assists in the brigade level formulation and assessment of yearly training plans, monthly training schedules, work schedules, and annual training plans in preparation for all IDT and annual training periods. Reviews, approves, processes and forwards all EBDL requirements through WIPAS. Reviews, approves, processes and forwards all military training orders through AFCOS and authorizations/vouchers through DTS. Responsible for annual forecasting and scheduling all Military Education Courses through the Army Training Requirements and Resources System (ATRRS).Tracks weapons qualification data and expected to become the subject matter expert (SME) on training requirements, to include the Weapons Management function within the Digital Training Management System (DTMS). Reviews and tracks subordinate unit training area requests in RFMSS.
