Job Description:
Senior Supply Sergeant within a High-Mobility Artillery Rocket System (HIMARS) battalion; supervises and mentors four battery/company Supply SGTs; responsible for administrative and supply duties as the Battalion Supply NCO; oversees the receipt of supplies and equipment for units within the battalion; receives and inspects documents from units and oversees the inspection programs of those units; monitors the battalion's equipment readiness status and coordinates all logistical support to the battalion; assists the Property Book Officer with equipment accountability and ensures sub-hand receipts are inventoried periodically. Completes the equipment readiness and equipment available portions of the quarterly Unit Status Report for the commander.

Job Description:
This position is assigned to the WIARNG RRB, duty is performed at UW-Stevens Point facility under the guidance of ROTC PMS. Selected individual will be assigned to the Officer Strength Team with the following duties and responsibilities: Enlisted referral mission; Officer production mission; Assists in training/leadership development of ROTC Cadets, to include classroom instruction, participation in physical training, and field training exercises; serves as career counselor for potential Cadets, with full understanding of all ROTC programs, scholarships, and commissioning options. Contacts, interviews, and enlists qualified personnel in the WIARNG; contact schools and civic groups presenting information on ARNG programs and benefits.
