Job Description:
Responsible for schools, travel, and training requests for all unit Soldiers. Position requires knowledge and access to AFCOS, DTMS, DTS, ATRRS applications, and UMR management. Supports the Battery Commander and 1SG in all training related events, and advises the unit leadership in the formulation of the yearly training plan as well as monthly training schedules for IDT and AT periods, manages all unit training trackers to ensure all suspense’s are met. Works under the immediate supervision of the HHB Readiness NCO, and provides personnel administrative support to the unit as directed. Duties include Facility Management of the Berlin armory.

Job Description:
This position is located in a Battalion headquarters of the ARNG. Serves as the principal staff officer and primary advisor to the Commander for providing leadership, oversight, information, analysis, guidance and recommendations on readiness and day-to-day matters of the command. Develops plans and procedures for personnel management, supply management, administration, and public relations in the command. Provides staff planning and assistance to ensure that required personnel, administration, logistics, strength, public relations, and readiness objectives are achieved and requirements are accomplished. Activities at this level are concerned with the mobilization readiness of military personnel in a wide variety of occupations including clerical, trades and labor, administrative, technical, and/or professional skills. Supervises the organization through company level subordinate supervisors. Represents the commander in oversight and conduct of all functions of the organization and is responsible to ensure the Commander's policies are implemented. Supervises and coordinates the activities of the full time staff of the headquarters and subordinate units. Provides instructions and guidance to staff sections and subordinate units in the conduct of daily activities. Visits subordinate units on a regular basis to provide guidance and assistance to ensure command programs have been implemented and to evaluate their effectiveness. Performs other duties as assigned.

Job Description:
Performs supervisory and management duties for battery supply section personnel, ensuring proper guidance and training. Responsible for ensuring the battery is logistically ready for mobilization. Monitors the Command Supply Discipline Program of the battery to ensure it is fully implemented. Monitors unit sensitive items, change of command, annual, and other inventories to ensure they are conducted to standard. Maintains the unit property book and possesses knowledge of GCSS-A procedures. Possesses knowledge of GFEBS, LOGSA-LIW, AFMIS, and CIF-ISM procedures, and all physical security requirements to secure equipment in an armory. Receives, inspects, and inventories organizational supplies and equipment as required, and transports equipment to other locations as needed. Secures and controls all sensitive items to include proper security of weapons and ammunition. Maintains individual clothing and OCIE inventories and records for the unit. Prepares and submits GCSS-A computer input data and reports. Reads, interprets, and reconciles GCSS-A generated reports. Normal duty requires occasional evening meetings with unit leaders. *Must hold or obtain a Secret Clearance in order to prepare CUSRs. Must complete Hazardous Materials Awareness and Operations courses.

Job Description:
Responsible for managing the daily S-1 operations at Bn/MSC level and specific functions normally assigned to a Readiness NCO for unit support. Primary responsibilities include processing unit pay transactions, personnel management and readiness, personnel actions (iPERMS & SIDPERS), records reviews, suspense lists, awards, survivor benefit plans, and legal support activities. Reviews, tracks and submits all NCOERs. Applicants must possess the ability to plan, organize, research and analyze personnel data. Administratively responsible for medical readiness programs (ie. Soldier Readiness Program, physical examinations, profiles, immunizations, medical boards, LODs, MEDPROS). Provides personnel support for an additional 20-25 Soldiers on T10 orders throughout the world. Advises the S1 Officer/AO, Commander and other staff members on personnel data and unit readiness. Perform additional duties as assigned or directed by MDAY and FTUS supervisory chains.

Job Description:
This position is located at Joint Force Headquarters (JFHQ) in the Joint Operations Center (JOC). The JOC operates 24 hours / 7 days a week with a schedule based on rotating shift work to support all routine and elevated operations. Watch NCOs maintain situational awareness of State and National issues that may impact Wisconsin National Guard (WING) activities and provide a Common Operational Picture (COP) for WING senior leaders. Applicants must have the ability to work independently to maintain continuity of operations, execute JOC Battle Drills and routinely coordinate with JOC and Joint Staff Leadership. Watch NCOs frequently support short suspense deployments of the WING Situational Awareness Team (WINGSAT) communication platform for exercise and real-world events. Responsible for the reporting requirements aligned with the Commanders Critical Information Requirements (CCIR) to maintain Situational Awareness for The Adjutant General, WING Senior Leaders and Directorates. Routinely interacts with Wisconsin Emergency Management (WEM) staff and other interagency partners. Daily duties include: monitor incoming and outgoing messages, preparing and transmitting accurate messages and reports; ensuring all response messages and reports are clear, accurate, formatted and distributed correctly. Job Description:
Retention duties: Counsels and assists with extending qualified Soldiers in the Wisconsin Army National Guard. Assists leaders and strength management personnel with implementation and operation of the Company level retention program to include verification of statistical data. Advises the Company Commander and 1SG on all areas of the retention program. Briefs leaders on related Company retention activities. Conducts inspections and provides training for unit level retention programs. Presents formal and informal briefings to various civic groups to create community awareness of the WIARNG. Attends unit assemblies and establishes and maintains a working relationship with the assigned Company. Assists the Company in other areas as needed to support Soldiers, unit readiness, to achieve recruiting and retention goals.

Recruiting duties: Recruits, Interviews and pre-qualifies prospects for membership with the Wisconsin Army National Guard. Recruiting success is measured by total number of enlistments that ship to training in a given mission year. Daily use of a laptop computer is required for mission accomplishment. Directly supports Wisconsin Army National Guard units and attends required drills. Additional responsibilities may include supervising and training RSP Soldiers and FTNGD personnel to ensure effective RSP operations, aimed at increasing RSP drill attendance, RSP retention rate, and RSP ship rate. Must be able to effectively interface with MEPS personnel, unit FTUS, Retention NCOs, and Civilians. Additional duties as assigned.
