Job Description:
Recruits, Interviews and pre-qualifies prospects for membership with the Wisconsin Army National Guard. Recruiting success is measured by total number of enlistments that ship to training in a given mission year. Daily use of a laptop computer is required for mission accomplishment. Directly supports Wisconsin Army National Guard units and attends required drills. Additional responsibilities may include supervising and training RSP Soldiers and FTNGD personnel to ensure effective RSP operations, aimed at increasing RSP drill attendance, RSP retention rate, and RSP ship rate. Must be able to effectively interface with MEPS personnel, unit FTUS, Retention NCOs, and Civilians. Additional duties as assigned.

Job Description:
Performs supervisory and management duties for the company supply section personnel, ensuring proper guidance and training. Responsible for ensuring the company is logistically ready for mobilization. Monitors the Command Supply Discipline Program of the company to ensure it is fully implemented. Monitors unit sensitive items, change of command, annual, and other inventories to ensure they are conducted to standard. Maintains the unit property book and possesses knowledge of GCSS-A procedures. Possesses knowledge of GFEBS, LOGSA-LIW, AFMIS, and CIF-ISM procedures, and all physical security requirements to secure equipment in an armory. Receives, inspects, and inventories organizational supplies and equipment as required, and transports equipment to other locations as needed. Secures and controls all sensitive items to include proper security of weapons and ammunition. Maintains individual clothing and OCIE inventories and records for the unit. Prepares and submits GCSS-A computer input data and reports. Reads, interprets, and reconciles GCSS-A generated reports. Normal duty requires occasional evening meetings with unit leaders. *Must hold or obtain a Secret Clearance in order to prepare CUSRs. Must complete Hazardous Materials Awareness and Operations courses.

Job Description:
Assists the Battalion Training Officer and the Senior Operations NCO. Analyzes readiness and mobilization reports, and coordinates with personnel, training, logistics, and other staff elements to identify readiness inhibitors and recommend enhancements to readiness posture. Reviews draft MTOEs/TDAs and recommends changes as necessary. Manage unit training ammunition by projecting, forecasting, requisitioning and completing required actions in the Total Ammunition Management Information System (TAMIS). Possesses knowledge of the purposes, methods, and techniques of program analysis, and the structure, functions, and missions of a plans, operations, and training section. Assists in the battalion level formulation and assessment of yearly training plans, monthly training schedules, work schedules, and annual training plans in preparation for all IDT and annual training periods. Reviews, approves, processes and forwards all military school training requirements through ATRRS. Reviews, approves, processes and forwards all military training orders through AFCOS and authorizations/vouchers through DTS. Oversee and manage the budgeting process to include forecasting requirements, allocating Readiness Management Periods (RMP) and reviewing un-liquidated obligations. Become subject matter expert (SME) on management of training requirements through Digital Training Management System (DTMS). Reviews and approves subordinate unit DTMS inputs. Fire Direction and digital fire control systems experience is an expectation, although not a requirement. Daily duties surround High Mobility Artillery Rocket System (HIMARS) and Forward Support Company training management, BN COMSEC management and BN Advanced Field Artillery Tactical Data System (AFATDS) management.
