Job Description:
Functions as a member of an IBCT Operations section. Responsible for the management of BDE AFCOS, DTS, DTMS, Force Protection and Security Manager, ATRRS Applications, and USR review. Serves as the principal Field Artillery enlisted advisor within the 32d Brigade, 120th FA Battalion and Battlefield Coordination Detachment staffs on operational, fire support and target acquisition issues. Provides technical and tactical expertise in the use of advanced battle command systems to leaders and subordinates in the accomplishment of their duties. Plans, edits and prepares tactical plans and courses of action for the commander. Selects position locations for the tactical operations center and provides defensive position planning for its security. Supervises the professional development for all enlisted Soldiers under their direct control.

Job Description:
Performs supervisory and management duties for battery supply section personnel, ensuring proper guidance and training. Responsible for ensuring the battery is logistically ready for mobilization. Monitors the Command Supply Discipline Program of the battery to ensure it is fully implemented. Monitors unit sensitive items, change of command, annual, and other inventories to ensure they are conducted to standard. Maintains the unit property book and possesses knowledge of GCSS-ARMY. Possesses knowledge of TC-AIMS, GFEBS, LOGSA-LIW, AFMIS, CIF-ISM and CCDF procedures, and all physical security requirements to secure equipment in an armory. Receives, inspects, and inventories organizational supplies and equipment as required, and transports equipment to other locations as needed. Secures and controls all sensitive items to include proper security of weapons and ammunition. Maintains individual clothing and OCIE inventories and records for the unit. Prepares and submits GCSS-A computer input data and reports. Reads, interprets, and reconciles GCSS-A generated reports. Normal duty requires occasional evening meetings with unit leaders. *Must hold or obtain a Secret Clearance in order to prepare CUSRs.
