Job Description:
Performs supervisory and management duties for company supply section personnel, ensuring proper guidance and training. Responsible for ensuring the company is logistically ready for mobilization. Monitors the Command Supply Discipline Program of the company to ensure it is fully implemented. Monitors unit sensitive items, change of command, annual, and other inventories to ensure they are conducted to standard. Maintains the unit property book and possesses knowledge of GCSS-A procedures. Possesses knowledge of GFEBS, LOGSA-LIW, AFMIS, and CIF-ISM procedures, and all physical security requirements to secure equipment in an armory. Receives, inspects, and inventories organizational supplies and equipment as required, and transports equipment to other locations as needed. Secures and controls all sensitive items to include proper security of weapons and ammunition. Maintains individual clothing and OCIE inventories and records for the unit. Prepares and submits GCSS-A computer input data and reports. Reads, interprets, and reconciles GCSS-A generated reports. Normal duty requires occasional evening meetings with unit leaders. *Must hold or obtain a Secret Clearance in order to prepare CUSRs. Members of 273 Engineer Company will be integrated into Wisconsin CERFP Search and Extraction element, must complete Hazardous Materials Awareness and Operations courses, and are subject to short- notice recall.

Job Description:
Serve as unit Readiness NCO, an instructor, and Battalion FTUS Supervisor. Responsible for the scheduling of Instructors, POI review, and course preparation. Responsible for Publications, Awards, SRIP, Extensions, Weight Control, Personnel Orders/Transfers, Security Clearances, Sponsorship and Personal Mobilization Packets. Manages AFCOS orders input and tracking for the Battalion. Manages ATRRS schools and input for the Battalion. Job Description:
Assist with management of TDA property books within the WIARNG. Responsible for routine accomplishment and oversight of property accounting functions for designated TDA units of the WIARNG. Operate GCSS-A to process property transactions and file supporting documents IAW AR 710-2. Distribute quarterly Hand Receipts, Sensitive Item, and Cyclic inventories to supported units. Utilize AESIP to manage and request Non-Standard LINS (NSLIN) and Management Control Numbers (MCNs) to account for Civilian off the Shelf (COTS) equipment. Provide assistance visits to supported units to reconcile property discrepancies. Attend Total Package Fielding’s (TPF) to provide PBO representation and to assist supported units with documentation. Review authorizations listed on the TDA and submit necessary changes through the Force Management Support Agency web-based system (FMSWeb). Review and approve local purchase requests submitted through the General Fund Enterprise Business System (GFEBS) to identify items that require formal property book accountability. Redistribute excess equipment and request disposition in the Lead Material Integrator Decision Support Tool (LMI-DST) web based program. Additional duties as assigned. Position duties require access to DoD websites LIW and USFMSA, therefore SECRET Security Clearance is required.
