The Federal Human Resources Office (J1/Manpower & Personnel Directorate) provides personnel support services for the Air National Guard and the Army National Guard. This encompasses the full-time Active Guard Reserve(AGR) and Federal Civil Service/Technicians, both "dual status" (excepted or affiliated with the military) & "non-dual status" (competitive) employees.

Job Description:
This position is for the Director, Operations Directorate at the Volk Field CRTC, responsible for Airfield Management, ATCALS, Air Traffic Control, AGE, POL, Transient Alert, Weather, and Munitions. In-depth knowledge of the CSAF Operational Training Infrastructure Flight Plan 2035 and the ACC Enterprise Range Plan is essential. A well-qualified applicant also has previous supervisory experience; knowledge of CRTC operations, basic staff officer skills, and exceptional time management abilities.

Job Description:
Responsible for schools, travel, and training requests for all unit Soldiers. Position requires knowledge and access to AFCOS, DTMS, DTS, ATRRS applications, and UMR management. Supports the Battery Commander and 1SG in all training related events, and advises the unit leadership in the formulation of the yearly training plan as well as monthly training schedules for IDT and AT periods, manages all unit training trackers to ensure all suspense’s are met. Works under the immediate supervision of the HHB Readiness NCO, and provides personnel administrative support to the unit as directed. Duties include Facility Management of the Berlin armory.

Job Description:
Performs supervisory and management duties for company supply section personnel, ensuring proper guidance and training. Responsible for ensuring the company is logistically ready for mobilization. Monitors the Command Supply Discipline Program of the company to ensure it is fully implemented. Monitors unit sensitive items, change of command, annual, and other inventories to ensure they are conducted to standard. Maintains the unit property book and possesses knowledge of GCSS-A procedures. Possesses knowledge of GFEBS, LOGSA-LIW, AFMIS, and CIF-ISM procedures, and all physical security requirements to secure equipment in an armory. Receives, inspects, and inventories organizational supplies and equipment as required, and transports equipment to other locations as needed. Secures and controls all sensitive items to include proper security of weapons and ammunition. Maintains individual clothing and OCIE inventories and records for the unit. Prepares and submits GCSS-A computer input data and reports. Reads, interprets, and reconciles GCSS-A generated reports. Normal duty requires occasional evening meetings with unit leaders. *Must hold or obtain a Secret Clearance in order to prepare CUSRs. Must complete Hazardous Materials Awareness and Operations courses.
