32nd Brigade Sgt. Frank Merola shot video and produced a package on the Wisconsin
Army National Guard troops working at the Theater Internment Facility (TIF). Video
and photography inside TIFs is tightly restricted, so this cleared video footage offers
a fairly rare look inside.
