The 426th Regional Training Institute (RTI) develops Soldiers and leaders through professional military education and specialized occupational training that supports the readiness and effectiveness of the Wisconsin Army National Guard and the Total Force. The institute provides challenging, standards-based instruction designed to prepare service members for leadership responsibilities and mission success at every level.

As one of the Army National Guard’s premier training institutions, the 426th RTI delivers a wide range of courses for enlisted personnel, noncommissioned officers, warrant officers, and officers.
