The Wisconsin National Guard is publishing a Year in Photos review of what has been a remarkable year.

A global pandemic, coupled with civil and social unrest, resulted in the Wisconsin National Guard filling in gaps to ensure COVID-19 tests were conducted, elections were staffed and life and property were protected.

These vital tasks were carried out as the Wisconsin Air National Guard installed new senior leadership virtually across the board, the Wisconsin National Guard gained a new commander, and units deployed overseas or returned from overseas missions.

This product offers a glimpse of what Citizen Soldiers and Citizen Airmen have long known — the Wisconsin National Guard is versatile, adaptable, ready and available.
